Mandatory Training for Non-Team Members

Thank you for registering for the BayCare Health System Online Learning Center (OLC).

Once your registration is completed and verified, you will be sent an e-mail from BayCare Information Services that will contain your OLC Username and password. If you do not see the e-mail in your Inbox, be sure to check your spam folder in case it was filtered as junk mail.

The OLC Username and password should be active immediately in the OLC.

Once you login to the OLC, some of your required training will be listed in the Course Enrollment section of the main page. You must check with your instructor, manager, or BayCare representative if more training is required.

If you do not receive your e-mail within 24 hours or experience difficulty with accessing the training site, please call the BayCare IS Service Desk at (727) 467-4700.

Note: The IS Service Desk cannot answer your questions regarding your required training; please contact your manager or clinical education department with training-related questions.
