Mandatory Training for Non-Team Members
Welcome to BayCare Health System’s online training for non-team members* who provide
care and services on behalf of our health system. The training activities on this
site help promote safety, security and effective care by focusing on key topics
and regulations supporting the BayCare Mission, Vision and Values.
The materials on this Web site include information about corporate responsibility,
customer service, risk management, diversity, and patient and team member safety,
as well as other BayCare policies and procedures. All materials on this Web site
and in the Online Learning Center (OLC) are considered Proprietary Information.**
This training is mandatory and must be completed prior to assignment in one of our
facilities and annually before the end of the calendar year.
Registration
Once your registration is completed and verified, you will be sent an e-mail from
BayCare Information Services that will contain your OLC Username and password. (It
is essential that you have a valid e-mail address before beginning the registration
process.) The OLC Username and password will be activated the day after you register.
If you experience difficulty with accessing the electronic registration form, please
call the BayCare IS Service Desk at (727) 467-4700.
* Non-team members are categorized as students, instructors, residents, volunteers,
contractors, vendors, etc.
